1. Owner

Owner: Camila Gómez Jaramillo, trading as Aigo Services · Address: Envigado (Antioquia, Colombia) · Email: info@aigo.services · WhatsApp: +34 632 10 47 83 · Website: aigo.services

We have not appointed a data protection officer because it is not required for our activity. For any privacy matter, write to info@aigo.services or message us on WhatsApp at +34 632 10 47 83.

2. Legal framework

This policy is issued under GDPR (art. 13) and the guidance of the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

3. Data we process

  • Contact: name, company, email, phone number and the content of the messages you send us by WhatsApp or email.
  • Site virtual assistant: the conversation, a random session identifier and, if you give them, your email or phone number. To limit abuse we keep your IP address for one hour at most, only to count requests.
  • Technical data: connection logs generated by the hosting provider (Cloudflare).
  • We do not ask for sensitive data and the Site is not aimed at minors.

4. Purposes and basis

  • Answer your enquiry and send you a proposal or quote.
  • Reply in the chat and pass your case to a person when you ask.
  • Site security and abuse prevention.
  • Comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations if we end up contracting.
  • We do not use your data for advertising or to train AI models, and we make no automated decisions with legal effects.

5. Basis of processing

Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request (GDPR art. 6.1.b), your consent when you write to us (6.1.a), legitimate interest in security and abuse prevention (6.1.f) and legal obligations (6.1.c).

6. Retention

  • Chat conversations: 24 hours, only to keep the thread.
  • Contact details left in the chat: up to 30 days, unless we start a business relationship.
  • Enquiry emails and messages: as long as needed to handle them, then blocked for legal limitation periods.
  • Client data: for the contract and the legal tax and accounting periods.

7. Recipients and processors

We do not sell or hand over your data. These providers may access it as processors, under contract:

  • Cloudflare (hosting, network, assistant database and AI models).
  • Meta Platforms (WhatsApp), when you write to us there.
  • GoDaddy / Titan (corporate email).
  • Google (loading of the Site's typefaces).
  • Authorities, where the law requires.

8. International transfers

The controller is in Colombia and some providers process data in other countries, including the US. When data leaves the European Economic Area we apply GDPR Chapter V safeguards: standard contractual clauses, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or the article 49 exceptions (for example, your pre-contractual request).

9. Artificial intelligence

The virtual assistant's answers are generated by an artificial intelligence system. They may contain errors, do not replace professional advice (legal, tax, medical or financial) and are not a binding offer. You can ask to speak to a person at any time. Do not enter sensitive data, passwords or bank details in the chat.

10. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent where it is the legal basis, by writing to info@aigo.services with a copy of an identity document. We reply within one month (extendable by two months for complex cases). You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

11. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: encryption in transit (HTTPS), authenticated and restricted access, usage limits and periodic review. No system is infallible; if a breach affects you, we will tell you as required by law.

12. Changes

Any change will be published here with its date.
