2. Purpose and acceptance
These terms govern access to and use of aigo.services (the “Site”). By browsing it you accept them. If you disagree, do not use the Site.
3. Commercial information and contracting
The Site's content is informational and is not a binding offer. Services are always contracted through a written quote that sets out scope, price, payment terms, the functional document and the applicable conditions, and it only binds the parties once the client accepts it. Prices and examples on the Site are indicative.
4. Conditions of use
You agree to use the Site lawfully and diligently. In particular, you must not:
- Attempt unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data, or bypass security measures.
- Introduce malware, send mass or automated requests that harm the service, or use the virtual assistant for unlawful purposes.
- Copy, systematically extract or reuse the Site's content without permission.
- Impersonate others or provide false data or third-party data without their consent.
5. Intellectual and industrial property
The texts, images, design, code, logos and other elements of the Site, and the name and sign “Aigo Services”, belong to their owner or are used with permission. Reproduction, distribution or modification without written permission is prohibited, except as allowed by law. Third-party trademarks and logos belong to their owners and are shown for information only.
6. Virtual assistant
The virtual assistant's answers are generated by an artificial intelligence system. They may contain errors, do not replace professional advice (legal, tax, medical or financial) and are not a binding offer. You can ask to speak to a person at any time. Do not enter sensitive data, passwords or bank details in the chat.

7. Availability and liability
We try to keep the Site available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that it is error-free. We are not liable for damage resulting from interruptions, technical failures beyond our control or the use made of the information, except where the law does not allow liability to be excluded. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer.
8. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party pages (for example WhatsApp). We do not control their content or policies and are not responsible for them. If you find an inappropriate link, tell us at info@aigo.services.

We may update these terms to reflect legal or Site changes. The current version is the one published here, with its update date.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence are competent under consumer protection rules; otherwise, the courts that are competent under the law.
