Last updated: 10 October 2026.
1. Controller
Controller: Camila Gómez Jaramillo, trading as Aigo Services · Address: Envigado (Antioquia, Colombia) · Email: info@aigo.services · WhatsApp: +57 321 857 5348 · Website: aigo.services
For any privacy matter, write to info@aigo.services or message us on WhatsApp at +57 321 857 5348.
2. Legal framework
This policy is issued under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1074 of 2015 and the guidance of the SIC, including its Circular 002 of 2024 on artificial intelligence.
3. Data we process
- Contact: name, company, email, phone number and the content of the messages you send us by WhatsApp or email.
- Site virtual assistant: the conversation, a random session identifier and, if you give them, your email or phone number. To limit abuse we keep your IP address for one hour at most, only to count requests.
- Technical data: connection logs generated by the hosting provider (Cloudflare).
- We do not ask for sensitive data and the Site is not aimed at minors.
4. Purposes and basis
- Answer your enquiry and send you a proposal or quote.
- Reply in the chat and pass your case to a person when you ask.
- Site security and abuse prevention.
- Comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations if we end up contracting.
- We do not use your data for advertising or to train AI models, and we make no automated decisions with legal effects.
5. Basis of processing
The processing rests on your prior, express and informed authorisation, given by clear conduct when you write to us through the chat, WhatsApp or email, or accept a quote. We keep proof of it.
6. Retention
- Chat conversations: 24 hours, only to keep the thread.
- Contact details left in the chat: up to 30 days, unless we start a business relationship.
- Enquiry emails and messages: as long as needed to handle them, then blocked for legal limitation periods.
- Client data: for the contract and the legal tax and accounting periods.
7. Recipients and processors
We do not sell or hand over your data. These providers may access it as processors, under contract:
- Cloudflare (hosting, network, assistant database and AI models).
- Meta Platforms (WhatsApp), when you write to us there.
- GoDaddy / Titan (corporate email).
- Google (loading of the Site's typefaces).
- Authorities, where the law requires.
8. International transfers
Some providers process data outside Colombia, including the US. Under article 26 of Law 1581 of 2012, such transfers and transmissions are made with your authorisation, under contracts requiring adequate protection, or to countries the SIC considers adequate.
9. Artificial intelligence
The virtual assistant's answers are generated by an artificial intelligence system. They may contain errors, do not replace professional advice (legal, tax, medical or financial) and are not a binding offer. You can ask to speak to a person at any time. Do not enter sensitive data, passwords or bank details in the chat.
10. Your rights
You may know, update, rectify and delete your data, request proof of your authorisation, be informed of how it has been used, revoke your authorisation and access your data free of charge (article 8, Law 1581 of 2012). Write to info@aigo.services with your name, ID number, a way to reply and a description of your request. Queries are answered within 10 business days (extendable by 5) and claims within 15 business days (extendable by 8). Only after this procedure may you file a complaint with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (sic.gov.co).
11. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: encryption in transit (HTTPS), authenticated and restricted access, usage limits and periodic review. No system is infallible; if a breach affects you, we will tell you as required by law.
12. Changes
Any change will be published here with its date, effective from 10 October 2026.
