1. What cookies are

Small files or data that a site stores in your browser. This site uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies; it only uses technical items needed for it to work.

2. What we use

• pais (first-party cookie, 1 year): remembers the version of the site you chose, Spain or Colombia. It is only created when you pick a country with the selector.
• cil_chat_sid, cil_chat_msgs, cil_chat_seen (first-party local storage): keep your conversation with the virtual assistant and remember whether you have seen the intro notice. They are created when you open the chat and you can delete them any time.

3. Third-party services

Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser makes a request to Google's servers when the page opens (Google receives your IP address). The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes the technical requests needed to serve and protect it. We load no embedded maps, videos or social networks.

4. How to delete or block them

You can delete cookies and site data from your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). If you do, the site goes back to choosing the version from your location and the chat starts a new conversation.

5. Changes

If we ever add analytics or advertising cookies, we will ask for your consent before installing them and update this policy.
